The PI50 insulating panel is a sandwich panel made up of smooth metal sheet 0.5 mm thick, rock wool with a density of 90 to 100 Kg/m3 and a thickness of 50 mm and metal sheet 0.5 mm thick and 40 % area pierced, including a protective black veil. For its fixation, an own profile system and complementary accessories are developed. The panel has excellent insulation and acoustic absorption rates: Rw = 34 dB (EN ISO 717-1) and w = 1.00 (ISSO/DIS 11654) – Class A.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Acoustic barriers, booths, absorbent wall and ceiling coverings, etc.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Typical format: 3000 x 1000 mm Thickness: 75 mm
Color: White RAL 9010 pre-lacquered
Density (of absorbent): Approx. 100 Kg/m3 Reaction to fire: Non-combustible, whatever the test standard
Thermal conductivity: 0.030 W/mOC
Fixing structure: White lacquered shaped and tubular profiles.
The PI75 insulating panel was designed for the construction of acoustic barriers and cabins, consisting of a sandwich with a smooth 0.5 mm thick plate, interior absorbent in compact mineral wool panel with approximately 100 Kg/m3, including a veil. protective black and 0.5 mm thick perforated steel sheet, with a perforation of approximately 40% of the exposed area.
For its fixation, an own profile system and complementary accessories are developed.
The panel has a high level of sound insulation, Rw = 32 dB (sound source on the absorbing side) and Rw = 37 dB (sound source on the reflective side) and has excellent acoustic absorption, particularly in the medium and high frequencies, having a Alpha w = 0.95.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Acoustic barriers, in particular for equipment of the “Chillers” or similar type, acoustic booths for the generality of noisy equipment, acoustic partitions for industrial purposes, absorbent coatings, etc.
