QUIETSTONE LIGHT
Product Description
Why use acoustic panels?
Acoustic panels absorb sound and reduce echoes and reverberation. Thus increasing the quality of sound and the clarity of speech or music. As detailed in this reference where an acoustic engineer describes the design problems of concert hall acoustics. Thus good acoustic design contributes to a peaceful environment, not just indoors but also outside, especially in built up areas where unwanted noise reverberates off buildings. At work acoustic panels are invaluable for reducing background noise in shared office spaces. In a meeting room or video conference room acoustic panels vastly increase the quality of the speech. Outside acoustic panels absorb rail, traffic and other unwanted noise to promote a peaceful environment. The most versatile acoustic panels available
Quietstone Light is a rigid, durable panel made from recycled glass. The panels are suitable for interior and exterior uses especially where an element of impact resistance is required. Quietstone Light can be pigmented or treated with a range of finishes to suit your individual requirements. As well as being a magnificent sound absorbing product our acoustic panels are non combustible, chemically inert and non fibrous. Panels are either mechanically fixed with screws or detailed fixings or bonded with our tile adhesive.
